Two New Prints In My Shop!

It's been awhile since I've added new prints and these two work so well together - - as much as they do separately. One is taken with a plastic Diana camera, the other with an sx-70 Polaroid camera. Can you believe it's almost Thanksgiving time? On the one hand, January '08 feels like eons ago, on the other, however, I feel like 'where the heck did the year go?' So, in honor of the here and now have a great week, everyone!

These are great. Do you get up to the cottage this time of year or is it closed for the winter? The town must be so neat this time of year. I think I miss that most. The quiet streets, the simplistic beauty, the local folks living thier daily lives. Your photo's always bring back some sort of wonderful Nantucket memory- I'm always grateful!

Those are absolutely beautiful prints! Individually, they host a dreamlike, hypnotic nature. But put together, they almost begin to weave a story in front of you.

You are so talented and your voice always comes through your lens.

cutcopycreate .... the toy and lofi cameras are to credit! Well, ok, and maybe the fog. :)

underground art school .... :D

sandy .... The house remains closed fall and winter. We only use it in Spring and Summer. That part of the country is so wonderful, isn't it?

leigh .... they work so well together and yes, are easy to get lost in!

diana .... Oh so kind! My thoughts are with you, Diana, I am so excited to be reading about the new addition in your family! xo

It's actually one of the hedges which surround the beach house. Beyond this one to the left you can sorta see the one I use in my title/banner. They were my place of play as a child.

Very interesting. I don't like the fact that you're better than me, but I can use that to work harder, right?
