Time To Go Back

Time To Go Back, originally uploaded by sMacshot.

All the Polaroids and various developed films from my plastic and cardboard cameras are finally scanned. Updates to my Flickr stream and online shops commence!

This is taken of the staircase in the beach house....sufficiently spooky, I'll say. To this day, it is often that my heart is in my throat going up them at night, or just being upstairs alone...because you don't feel alone.

It will slowly filter in over the weeks! My camera broke and repair is necessary. I need it for better photos of the prints, but for now am putting up semi-ok ones.

I need to break out my "toys" more often... I am spoiled by the ease of digital... and not having a darkroom makes it hard to get all my film developed.

I probably just need to find a good local lab (or convince my wife I need to put in a darkroom into the new house!)

Wonderful shots. Next time I am in New York, I would love to go shooting with you.

I am fortunate, Jeremy, to have some really great, cheap labs in my neighborhood. The one I use is open until 11pm, so it's very convenient, but still, I rarely use the toys here. I tend to pull them out when I go to the beach house, though!
