At A Loss For Words...

Since my last post, I have received my new camera and set about the task of 'learning' it. I've spent hours alone with the manual and camera, testing out the various functions, (much more advanced than those which my other camera had offered) pored over books in the bookstore near my day job on my lunch hour, and taken the camera with me every time I left the house on a day off. At night, if I am home, I have been working with the new Macro lens to document my toys, and to practice. This is why I have not been so chatty here, for I've been pretty much like my Charlie McCarthy ventriloquist doll above: bombarded with information, mouth agape, speechless.

There is just not enough time in the day to do everything we want to do. Especially if you work during the day. Sigh,,, I can so relate.

Tara .... amen, sister. It's after 2am, I've been processing photography, and have to be up to get ready for work in less than 4 hours. Yes, have to go in on a Saturday. Lovely.

Sandy .... thank you! :)

I'm looking forwad to seeing all the new pics with your new camera! When I get a new something something I read a bit of the manual and just go dive in deep and play it by ear. I do love reading books about crafts and art and I recently brought my bf a photography book for amateurs after he brought one of those dsrl? cameras.

Oh your boyfriend will love that! I am already working on a new project with this camera. Meanwhile, I'll keep you posted on some of the toy photoshoots I've been up to!
